I write the code by hand instead of building on Wix, Squarespace or a page builder, so it loads fast and it can move anywhere you like. The price is on this page, and it's the price you pay.
What you get
Five to seven pages is the usual shape. Bigger or smaller is fine, and the scope call sorts that out before you've committed to anything.

- Built on a phone first, because that's where most of your visitors already are, and fast enough that nobody notices it loading.

- The search basics set up once: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, Search Console, structured data, and your Google Business Profile cleaned up so the map listing matches the site.
- Two rounds of revisions, and 30 days of support after launch for anything that turns up.
Pricing
Written out the way a quote would be. There are no line items further down that you didn't ask for.
Build
$2,500 one time
Half to start, half when you approve the finished site. That covers five to seven pages with a custom design, two rounds of revisions, 30 days of support, and the first year of hosting. The domain, the code and the content are yours.
After the first year, hosting is $180 a year on one invoice, unless you're on Site Care, which replaces it.
Site Care
$49 a month
Optional, and you can start or stop it whenever you like. It replaces the yearly hosting fee rather than stacking on top of it.

Rescue rebuild
$2,500 one time
For leaving a site you don't own. The same build, plus moving your web address and mapping redirects so your ranking holds. How a rescue works
Veteran-owned business? Take $250 off the build, and I'll set up your Google Business Profile and review system at launch at no charge. Tick the box on the contact form.

What it runs on
Established tools, picked so you're never stuck with me. Every piece can move into your own accounts whenever you ask.
- Hosting
- A fast global network, with the security certificate renewed automatically and changes live the moment you approve them. I run it so you don't have to, and it moves to your own account on request.
- Code
- A standard code repository that any web developer can pick up. There's no page builder to export out of first.
- Forms
- Inquiries go straight to your inbox through a form service account that belongs to you, so every submission stays with you whoever runs the site.
- Store
- If you sell online, the product catalog and the payment account are yours, and you add and price products yourself.
- Domain
- Registered in your name and pointed wherever you decide.
Questions people ask
What happens if I stop paying?
The build is paid once. Hosting, Site Care and Retainers you can cancel whenever you like, and you keep the site. I'll move it into your own accounts or hand it to another developer, which takes about an hour on a screen share, and nothing gets held over you on the way out.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. Simple text and image changes can be made right in the code repository, and I'll show you how. For anything bigger there's Site Care, or any developer you like, because it's a normal codebase.
How long does it take?
Three to five weeks from a signed scope to launch for a standard site, and longer if it needs a store or custom features. The scope call gives you a real date.
I'm a government contractor. What goes on the site?
Usually a capability statement page, your NAICS codes, UEI and CAGE, your certifications, and past performance written so a contracting officer can scan it on a phone. It fits inside a normal build. Bring your SAM.gov details to the scope call and I'll lay it out from there.
Will my Google ranking drop when we switch?
I map redirects from your old pages to the new ones before launch, which prevents most of it. Small dips can happen and usually recover within a few weeks, and I watch Search Console for the first two weeks to fix anything that shows up.
