Choptek

Custom AI that does one specific job.

This isn't a chatbot bolted onto your homepage. I take one workflow that's costing you hours every week, build the agent or automation that runs it end to end, and hand over the code and the runbook along with it.

What this usually looks like

Every build is scoped to your business, but most of them land in one of these three shapes.

Agentic workflows
An agent that carries a task from start to finish: it takes in a request, pulls the information it needs, drafts the output, moves data between the systems you already use, and follows up. It runs on a schedule or a trigger, and it tells you when something needs a human.
Custom builds
Internal tools, document processing, data pipelines, or a model wired into software you already run. It's the thing you keep saying someone should build. I build the smallest version that does the job and grow it once it earns its place.
Integrations
AI connected to your CRM, your inbox, your spreadsheets, your site or your phone system. Most of the work here is plumbing rather than modelling, and plumbing is the part I'm good at.

Start narrow, prove it, then widen it

Most AI projects that fail tried to do everything at once. Starting narrow is slower to get going and a good deal harder to waste your money on.

  1. Find the one workflow

Something repetitive, rules-based enough to define, and costing you real hours. One task to begin with, rather than a whole department.

  2. Define done

A written spec of what the system takes in, what it produces, and how we'll both know it worked. That spec is the whole scoping engagement.

  3. Build the smallest thing

The minimum system that does the job against your real data, with no dashboard nobody asked for.

  4. Measure it

It runs beside your current process first, so we can compare the output, the time saved and the error rate on real cases before it goes live.

  5. Expand it, or stop

If it works, I widen it to the next case. If it doesn't clear the bar, I tell you, and you've only paid for the scope.

What you own

  • The code and the prompts, in a repository you control.
  • The infrastructure. It runs in your cloud accounts, on your API keys, and the bill comes to you.
  • A runbook written so another developer can pick the thing up without calling me.
  • The choice of model. If the work can move to another vendor later, it moves.

When I'll say no

If the workflow changes too often to pin down, if a wrong answer would cost you too much, or if a plain script would do it better and cheaper, I'll tell you. AI is very good at some jobs and a poor fit for others, and part of what you're paying for is knowing which is which.

Pricing

Scoped per project, and priced by the size of the job rather than by the hour.

Scoping engagement

$500 fixed

Credited toward the build if you go ahead.

  • A working session on the workflow
  • A written spec with inputs, outputs and a success test
  • A fixed quote for the build
  • An honest read on whether it's worth doing at all

The build

Quoted after scope

A fixed price against the spec. It's built against your real data, measured before it goes live, and handed over with the code, the prompts and the runbook. A Retainer can keep it running as models and APIs change, if you want one.

You'll get a reply within one business day, and a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Or call (931) 320-9833 and skip the form.
