What does "you own it" actually mean?
Your domain is registered in your name at a registrar you control. The code lives in a GitHub repo under your account. The content and photos are yours. If you walk away tomorrow, everything comes with you. No forms, no fees, no waiting.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No. Hosting is optional and starts at $100/month. Price varies depending on your setup. If you want to host it yourself or with someone else, we'll set it up there and hand it over. The site runs on standard HTML/CSS/JS and any host will take it.
What if I already have a site I hate?
We start fresh. Your old site stays live while we build the new one. You review and approve before we flip the switch. Zero downtime, no risk.
What if I need changes after launch?
Managed hosting includes 2 hours of updates per month. If you're on the one-time plan, updates are $100/hour billed in 30-minute increments. Or hire any developer. They'll have everything they need in the GitHub repo.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo, 5-10 photos of your business or work, and 30 minutes on a call. We handle the copy, layout, and technical setup. The more you can share about your business, the better the result.
Will my site show up on Google?
We set up Google Search Console, submit your sitemap, and handle the technical SEO basics at launch. A brand new domain takes 2-4 weeks to fully index. We'll walk you through what to expect.
